Write a Passage

Write a PassageA monthly journey towards better health and happiness through expressive and creative writing. This group will meet on the First Tuesday of each month, at Gallery 263 near Central Square, from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm.

All writing levels welcome, no previous experience necessary!

The purpose of this group is to give community members and friends a dedicated opportunity to utilize the art of writing and claim potential life benefits including improved mood, improved immune system functioning and better sleep!

Each hour-long session will follow this structure: 5min of meet and greet/centering, 5min of gratitude writing, 15min of free writing or journaling, 20min of writing from a given prompt (or prompts), 15min of sharing and discussion. This group is open to the public and will be lead by Miranda’s Hearth Ember, Kara Kulpa. Please join us and get in touch with your inner self and your creative mind!
