Getting adults to play can be like pulling teeth. We’ve been told for years to be more serious, to buckle down, to stop all that childishness. Because of this, we were dubious about hosting a Game Night at Miranda’s Hearth. How would people react when we told them to get in a circle and throw some hacky sacks at each other?
Thankfully, Hearth Members Nathan Chow and Ben Warren have each spent plenty of time encouraging folks of all ages to play and, of course, the Hearth community rose to the occasion. Not only was Game Night on January 11 a huge success, we’ve had requests to do it again! So mark your calendars for the Dinner, Art, + Music night on July 12 and get ready to play in our Summer Games.
